Wine tasting seems to have a vocabulary from another planet - trying to describe the experience of drinking and the subtle differences between one glass of liquid and another we have to use words from our everyday life to communicate the subtleties and images we conjour up.

“it tastes goood” just doesn’t cut it! if you need a spare liver, i’m game, that is as a taster, not a donor.
